The way to stop the Dragonpipe (Mariner East 2 pipeline) is to show widespread public opposition. Tonight (Thursday, April 19) you have that opportunity.
Please come to the Citizens’ Public Hearing tonight at the West Whiteland Township building (101 Commerce Drive in Exton), from 6:30 to 9:30. (Note the new location: two days ago it was changed from a smaller venue because of the degree of public interest.) A good turnout at this event will send a strong message to our politicians and regulators that this pipeline, in this location, is a serious mistake.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to make a statement of no more than three minutes. Think about the ways this pipeline project is affecting your life, and then consider signing up for a speaking slot. As of this morning, there are still a few slots available. You can get more details and sign up for a speaking slot here.
But even if you don’t want to speak, simply being there will be a powerful statement. I’ll be there, and I hope to see you then.
Will it be lives treated on facebook?

It will be live streamed on most of the local pipeline safety FB pages.

George, thanks for this email. I would not have known about the meeting. So glad I went, it was very important for all those folks directly violated by Sunoco to have their stories heard.
